    If you would like a package plan custom tailored to your company's pre-employment requirements, indicate below which searches to include in the package. Some of our clients have requested more than one package plan from which to choose, depending on the position to be filled; minimum plans for entry level positions up to comprehensive plans for executive positions. If you need more than one plan, please complete a form for each plan request.

    The forms will be evaluated by an HRA account executive who will submit a discounted package plan(s) proposal for your consideration. Upon acceptance of the proposal, your company is ready to begin submitting its screening orders to Human Resource Advantage!

    Social Security Number trace: We recommend that a ssn trace be ordered on every applicant. This will establish the validity and ownership of the number in addition to listing current and past addresses, ensuring that all pertinent jurisdictions are searched for criminal records.
    Criminal records search: Criminal records are retained in the courts at the county level. We recommend searching the criminal court index of each county of residence of the past seven years. However, your company may have distinct requirements. Please indicate which of these options fulfill your company's prerequisites:
     
    Search all counties of residence of the past seven years.
    Search up to two of the most recent counties of residence.
    Search only the current county of residence.
    Search only the current county of residence but call for an okay on additional jurisdictions.
    Other
    California driver's license history: a California DMV record includes a driving history of the past three years.
    Drug Testing: We provide you the forms to be completed by the applicant who is then directed to a local area clinic to have the test administered under supervision. The test results are included in the final report of findings submitted to you.
    Workers' Compensation: According to California law and the ADA, employers have key responsibilities relating to the access and use of WC records. If you would like information on end-user guidelines, please call our office.
    Credit Report: The acceptable report used for pre-employment is an Employment Insight Report. This information is pulled directly from Experian and contains most of the information available from a full consumer credit report, excluding certain details such as account numbers. It is not suitable for extending credit but rather gives insight into a person's level of responsibility.
    Civil Filings: This search will provide an account of civil judgments, tax liens, bankruptcy, small claims or notice of default. Since this information is a matter of public record, it is not required that the subject sign the separate Credit consent form, and is therefore sometimes used in lieu of the Employment Insight Report.

    Verify history of the past (number of) employers.
    Verify history of the past (number of) years of employment.
    Verify current employment with applicant's permission.
    Other

    References: References provided by the applicant will be contacted for an in-depth interview regarding the applicant's past performance during the course of his/her work.
    Education Verification: The learning institutions will be contacted to verify the stated degree earned by the applicant.
    Professional Certification/License: The licensing entity will be contacted to verify the applicant's stated certification or license.
