    2. Requesting company faxes to HRA Order/Fax form with required consent forms and supporting documents (applications, resumes, etc.)
       
    3. Human Resource Advantage processes all requested searches and verifying information.
       
    4. The final report of findings is faxed or emailed to the requesting company.
